Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. Somers Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Material here and results from linked third-party tools may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.
How Current Is Information?
Rolls can be corrected, offices can change a portal or fee, and directory collections can move or gain new material. We aim to maintain current reference links, but no item is guaranteed accurate at a particular moment. Confirm a record with its custodian before relying on it.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on Somers Residents Directory is legal advice. The service identifies record sources and access limits, but it does not replace a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public records serve transparency, not harm. Do not use material reached through this service to stalk, harass, intimidate, or harm anyone. Misuse may violate New York or federal law and violates our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages display search boxes supplied by outside companies. We do not control their results, pricing, or treatment of submitted information. Their output is not an FCRA consumer report.
External Sources
Links may lead to Assessor and County Clerk portals, election tools, court systems, libraries, archives, and similar resources. Their content, accuracy, and availability are outside our control.
No Custodian Records Here
Somers Residents Directory does not hold a government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record. It directs visitors to the office, library, or portal that does. Contact that custodian to obtain, verify, or correct a record.
